It is perfectly normal to react emotionally to situations and events - things that we disagree with, that we think is unfair but it is how we calm these emotions before we respond that is important. You want to respond using your logical brain, acting from a place of love without being ruled by big emotions.

We look at ways to regulate yourself when you feel overwhelmed with emotion and look at the benefits of responding from a calm and rational place. Let go of the need to be right!
