We look at the importance of balance, seeing the positivies and the challenges, the good days and the 'bad', the ups and the downs. It is all ok and most definitely part of this journey as parents, guardians and support for our children.
Some negatives can be flipped to reveal the positives and some days we just need to feel all the feelings and know that that's ok. Our words and perspective can be helpful in certain situations for example changing the word awful to challenge and dread to excitement.
The most important thing is to be king to you.
